1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Madison Paycheck, including the Madison Paycheck
mobile application, website pages, paycheck-calculation services, account features, subscription features,
backend services, and related services provided by TuckR89.

By accessing or using Madison Paycheck, creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription,
you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use Madison Paycheck.

2. About Madison Paycheck

Madison Paycheck is a paycheck-estimation application designed to help users estimate gross pay, payroll
taxes, deductions, and expected take-home pay before payday.

Depending on the features available in your version of the app, Madison Paycheck may allow you to:

  • Calculate hourly or salary-based paychecks
  • Include overtime, double-time, holiday pay, and shift differentials
  • Include bonuses, commissions, tips, and reimbursements
  • Estimate federal, state, local, Social Security, and Medicare taxes
  • Enter federal withholding information based on your Form W-4
  • Include pre-tax and post-tax deductions
  • Save employers and default employer information
  • Save, review, rename, duplicate, favorite, or delete paycheck calculations
  • Review calculation history
  • Compare paycheck scenarios
  • Sync supported account data between compatible devices

Madison Paycheck is an estimation and informational tool. It is not a payroll processor, employer,
tax preparer, accounting firm, bank, lender, financial adviser, investment adviser, insurance agency,
law firm, or government agency.

3. Eligibility

Madison Paycheck is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority
in your location to create an account, purchase a subscription, or use features involving personal
payroll information.

By using Madison Paycheck, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that
your use of the service is permitted under applicable law.

4. Accounts and Passwordless Sign-In

Certain Madison Paycheck features require an account and passwordless email authentication.

When signing in, you may receive a temporary verification code or sign-in link at the email address
you provide. You are responsible for maintaining access to and control of that email account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate and current email address
  • Maintaining control of the email account and device used to access Madison Paycheck
  • Protecting verification codes, session information, and account access
  • Not sharing temporary authentication codes with another person
  • Promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization
  • All activity completed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law

You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, use another person’s
email address without permission, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account.

The ability to change the email address associated with an existing account may not be available in
every version of Madison Paycheck.

5. Information You Provide

Madison Paycheck relies on the information you enter. This information may include:

  • Hourly wages or annual salary
  • Hours worked
  • Pay frequency
  • Overtime, double-time, holiday, and shift-differential information
  • Bonuses, commissions, tips, and reimbursements
  • Federal filing status and Form W-4 information
  • State and local tax information
  • Pre-tax and post-tax deductions
  • Optional year-to-date payroll information
  • Employer names, pay details, and saved employer settings
  • Saved calculations and scenario comparisons

You are responsible for reviewing the information you enter and correcting inaccurate, incomplete,
or outdated information.

Incorrect or incomplete information may cause the estimated paycheck, tax, or deduction results to
differ significantly from your actual paycheck.

Do not submit passwords, full Social Security numbers, complete bank-account numbers, payment-card
numbers, or other information that is not reasonably necessary to use Madison Paycheck.

6. Paycheck Estimates and No Professional Advice

Madison Paycheck provides automated paycheck estimates based on the information you enter, available tax
data, supported tax rules, calculation assumptions, and the current functionality of the service.

Madison Paycheck does not provide individualized tax, accounting, payroll, legal, investment, insurance,
credit, banking, employment, or other regulated professional advice.

Nothing provided through Madison Paycheck creates a fiduciary, professional, advisory, attorney-client,
accountant-client, employer-employee, payroll-provider, or similar relationship between you and TuckR89.

You should consult your employer, payroll department, tax professional, accountant, attorney, or another
appropriately qualified professional before making important decisions based on a paycheck estimate.

7. Calculation Accuracy and Limitations

Madison Paycheck attempts to provide useful and reproducible paycheck estimates, but actual payroll
calculations may differ.

Differences may result from factors including:

  • Employer payroll policies
  • Payroll-provider calculation methods
  • Tax-table changes
  • State or local withholding requirements
  • Supplemental wage rules
  • Benefit-plan rules
  • Retirement or insurance deductions
  • Wage limits and year-to-date earnings
  • Rounding methods
  • Garnishments, levies, or court-ordered deductions
  • Union dues or employer-specific deductions
  • Tax credits or exemptions not supported by the app
  • Information that was entered incorrectly or omitted

Madison Paycheck may not support every federal, state, territorial, municipal, county, school-district,
occupational, reciprocal, or employer-specific payroll rule.

A displayed confidence level, calculation version, tax-table version, disclosure, or similar indicator
does not guarantee that a calculation matches your employer’s payroll system.

TuckR89 does not guarantee that every calculation, tax value, deduction, comparison, estimate, or data
point will be complete, current, error-free, or appropriate for your circumstances.

8. Federal, State, and Local Tax Information

Madison Paycheck may estimate federal income tax, Social Security tax, Medicare tax, supported state
income tax, and supported local taxes.

Tax laws, withholding tables, wage limits, filing rules, and local requirements can change. Tax data
available in the app may not immediately reflect every new law, regulation, administrative decision,
emergency rule, employer implementation, or retroactive change.

State or local tax fields may require you to provide a rate or flat amount. You are responsible for
confirming that the information entered is correct for your work location, residence, employer, and
personal circumstances.

Madison Paycheck is not a substitute for an official paystub, payroll statement, Form W-2, Form W-4,
tax return, employer payroll system, or government tax-calculation service.

9. Overtime and Additional Earnings

Madison Paycheck may allow you to enter overtime, double-time, holiday pay, shift differentials,
bonuses, commissions, tips, and reimbursements.

The app does not determine whether you are legally entitled to overtime, double-time, holiday pay,
premium pay, commissions, tips, reimbursements, or any other compensation.

Eligibility for additional compensation depends on applicable law, employment agreements, employer
policies, collective-bargaining agreements, job classification, work location, and other circumstances.

You are responsible for entering the correct hours, rates, multipliers, and taxable status for each
type of compensation.

10. Saved Employers and Calculations

Madison Paycheck may allow you to save multiple employers, select a default employer, store paycheck
calculations, review calculation history, and reuse previously entered information.

You are responsible for reviewing saved information before using it for a new calculation. Wage rates,
tax settings, deductions, benefits, and employer policies may change over time.

Deleting an employer may remove that employer from your saved-employer list. References to the employer
may still appear in calculation records where required for record integrity or as permitted by the
Privacy Policy.

Deleting a saved calculation or comparison may be permanent and may not be reversible.

11. Scenario Comparisons

Madison Paycheck may allow you to compare two or more paycheck scenarios, such as different hours,
rates, deductions, employers, or additional earnings.

Scenario comparisons are estimates only. They do not guarantee that changing jobs, hours, compensation,
benefits, withholding settings, or deductions will produce the displayed outcome.

You remain responsible for independently reviewing any employment, payroll, tax, or financial decision
informed by a scenario comparison.

12. Offline, Cached, and Synced Information

Certain information may be cached or stored locally on your device to improve performance or allow
limited access when the network is unavailable.

Some versions of Madison Paycheck may provide an offline or fallback calculation when the backend
calculation service cannot be reached. An offline or fallback result may use reduced functionality,
older information, or simplified calculation logic.

When an offline or fallback result is identified, you should recalculate after network access is restored
before relying on the estimate.

Cloud synchronization depends on account status, internet access, backend availability, device settings,
and supported app versions. TuckR89 does not guarantee that every local change will immediately sync
across every device.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Madison Paycheck only for lawful personal or internal business purposes and in accordance
with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Use Madison Paycheck to violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right
  • Use another person’s account or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, subscriptions, trials, usage limits, or security controls
  • Submit fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally harmful data
  • Probe, scan, test, disrupt, or interfere with Madison Paycheck systems or infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code, automated abuse, spam, or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, or extract protected portions of the service except where permitted by law
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, reproduce, or commercially redistribute Madison Paycheck content or data without written permission
  • Use Madison Paycheck to develop, train, test, or improve a competing product without written permission
  • Use the service in a manner that could harm TuckR89, Madison Paycheck, other users, or third parties

14. Free Trial

Eligible users may receive a limited free trial, which may currently be offered for seven days.
The duration, availability, eligibility requirements, included features, and renewal terms will be
presented through the app or applicable app store.

Trial eligibility may be limited to new users, new subscribers, specific platforms, geographic areas,
devices, accounts, or promotional periods.

A payment method may be required to begin a trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the trial may
automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price and billing interval disclosed before enrollment.

Uninstalling the app or deleting your Madison Paycheck account may not automatically cancel a trial
or subscription managed by an app store.

15. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Some Madison Paycheck features require a monthly or annual subscription. Google Play is the current testing and release path. Apple availability may follow separately and may have different purchase, restoration, and subscription behavior.

Prices, billing periods, trial terms, included features, renewal information, taxes, and cancellation
options will be disclosed through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another authorized purchase
interface before purchase.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date through the app-store
account used to make the purchase.

Deleting Madison Paycheck from your device, signing out, or deleting your Madison Paycheck account does
not necessarily cancel an active app-store subscription.

You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through the applicable app-store
subscription settings.

16. Purchase Processing and Restoration

Subscription purchases may be processed by Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another authorized
payment provider. TuckR89 may receive purchase status, product identifiers, transaction references,
entitlement information, renewal status, and similar information needed to provide subscription access.

Madison Paycheck may provide a Restore Purchases feature to check for an eligible purchase associated
with your app-store account.

Restoration requires you to use the same eligible app-store account originally used for the purchase.
A restoration attempt does not guarantee that a purchase will be found or restored.

Billing questions, refunds, charge disputes, payment-method issues, and certain subscription changes
may need to be handled directly through the applicable app store.

Except where required by law or the applicable platform’s policies, subscription charges may be
nonrefundable.

17. Subscription Access and Entitlements

Subscription states may include pending purchase, trial, active access, grace period, account hold,
cancellation with access continuing until expiration, expiration, revocation, or refund.

Subscription status may not update instantly when an app store delays, duplicates, or reorders purchase
notifications. Madison Paycheck may verify and reconcile store records before granting, continuing,
or removing paid access.

Paid access may depend on confirmation from the applicable app store and Madison Paycheck backend
services.

Access may be delayed, suspended, or removed if a purchase is pending, canceled, refunded, reversed,
expired, disputed, invalid, or cannot be verified.

Temporary billing or network errors may cause the app to display outdated subscription status.
You may use the available refresh or restore options to request an updated status.

Attempting to manipulate, duplicate, falsify, or bypass purchase verification is prohibited.

18. Third-Party Services

Madison Paycheck may rely on third-party services, including:

  • Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers
  • Email-delivery and passwordless authentication providers
  • Google Play and the Apple App Store
  • Payment and subscription-verification services
  • Analytics, monitoring, and error-reporting services
  • Customer-support and communication tools
  • Device operating systems and network providers

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

TuckR89 is not responsible for third-party services, content, payment decisions, outages, availability,
security practices, or actions outside TuckR89’s reasonable control.

19. Privacy

Your use of Madison Paycheck is also governed by the Madison Privacy Policy, which explains how information
may be collected, used, stored, protected, and shared.

You can review the Privacy Policy at:

20. Intellectual Property

Madison Paycheck, Madison, TuckR89, associated names, software, calculation systems, designs, interfaces,
text, graphics, branding, workflows, documentation, and other service content are owned by TuckR89 or
its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, TuckR89 grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable
license to use Madison Paycheck for lawful personal purposes.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Madison Paycheck or any related intellectual property to you.

21. User Data and Feedback

You retain ownership of information you submit to Madison Paycheck, subject to the rights needed to
operate the service.

You grant TuckR89 permission to host, process, transmit, store, reproduce, and use submitted information
as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve Madison Paycheck in accordance
with the Privacy Policy.

If you submit suggestions, ideas, reviews, bug reports, or other feedback, TuckR89 may use that feedback
without restriction or compensation, provided that doing so does not override rights granted to you
under applicable privacy law.

22. Service Availability and Changes

TuckR89 may update, modify, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Madison Paycheck at
any time.

Features may vary by device, operating system, platform, subscription, location, account status, app-store
approval, or release version.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability, compatibility with every device,
or that every feature will remain available.

Maintenance, outages, app-store delays, email-delivery failures, third-party failures, security events,
technical limitations, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect the service.

23. Updates and Device Compatibility

You may need to install updates to continue using Madison Paycheck or to access current tax data,
security improvements, subscription features, and backend services.

Older versions may stop functioning, display outdated information, or lose access to certain features.

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, supported operating system, internet connection,
and current app version.

24. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion through the Delete Account option available in Madison Paycheck settings
or through the account-deletion process provided on the Madison website.

Deleting your account may permanently delete or disassociate information associated with your account,
including:

  • Saved employers
  • Saved calculations
  • Calculation history
  • Scenario comparisons
  • Authentication sessions
  • Account preferences
  • Other account-related data

Account deletion cannot normally be undone.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes,
prevent fraud, enforce agreements, protect security, maintain transaction records, or satisfy legitimate
business requirements described in the Privacy Policy.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. Deleting your Madison Paycheck account does not necessarily cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. You must separately cancel the subscription through the app store used to purchase it.

Account deletion information is available at:

View Madison Paycheck Account Deletion Information

25. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Madison Paycheck at any time.

TuckR89 may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to:

  • Protect Madison Paycheck or its users
  • Enforce these Terms
  • Investigate suspected misuse or fraud
  • Address payment or subscription problems
  • Comply with applicable law or legal process
  • Address security or technical concerns
  • Prevent harm to TuckR89, users, or third parties

26. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Madison Paycheck is provided on an “as is” and
“as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

TuckR89 disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability to the extent permitted by law.

TuckR89 does not warrant that Madison Paycheck will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, complete,
current, compatible with every payroll system, or suitable for every user, employer, location, or
tax situation.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not
apply to you.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TuckR89 and its owners, affiliates, contractors,
service providers, licensors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Madison Paycheck.

This includes losses related to:

  • Inaccurate paycheck or tax estimates
  • Incorrectly entered information
  • Payroll or employment decisions
  • Missed payments or financial obligations
  • Employer or payroll-provider actions
  • Service interruptions or unavailable features
  • Lost, delayed, unsynchronized, or deleted data
  • Unauthorized account access
  • Subscription, purchase, restoration, or billing problems
  • Reliance on calculations, comparisons, estimates, or disclosures

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, TuckR89’s total liability will be limited to the greater
of the amount you paid to use Madison Paycheck during the twelve months before the event giving rise
to the claim or one hundred United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may
not apply to you.

28. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TuckR89 and its owners,
affiliates, contractors, service providers, licensors, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities,
damages, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of Madison Paycheck, violation of these Terms,
infringement of another person’s rights, or misuse of the service.

29. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where TuckR89 is established,
without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree
to another permitted dispute-resolution process.

30. Changes to These Terms

TuckR89 may update these Terms to reflect changes in Madison Paycheck, tax-estimation features,
subscription services, legal requirements, business operations, security practices, or available features.

When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Material changes may
also be communicated through the app, website, email, app-store listing, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of Madison Paycheck after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of
the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.

31. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission from TuckR89.
TuckR89 may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset transfer, financing,
or similar business transaction.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Tax Estimate Disclaimer, and any purchase terms presented
through Madison Paycheck or an applicable app store, constitute the agreement governing your use of
Madison Paycheck.
